Pride Awards 2014

Client: UK Energy Company

Days by Design were commissioned by a UK Energy company to manage and deliver its annual Pride Awards event that is built around its staff recognitiion scheme. The purpose of the Awards is to celebrate the success of its employees who have excelled throughout the year to deliver customer service and satisfaction. Days by Design worked collaberatively on this project with the energy company's creative, print, event production, video suppliers to deliver this high profile event that saw the event doubling in since from its inaugral event in 2013. Due to the increase in numbers to 320 participants, the event was moved to the Giant Screen at Millennium Point followed by a post Awards event at Hotel Indigo, Birmingham.

Logistics

Services provided by Days by Design included venue sourcing, site visits, venue and delegate management, accommodation, transfers, entertainment and onsite delivery supported by an onsite delegate management team. In addition, an online registration site was created to manage the registration process pre-event.
