Domestic Leadership Conference 2014

Client: UK Energy Company

Days by Design were commissioned to manage and deliver a national Leadership Conference for circa. 600 participants over a two day period. The main event took place at Harrogate International Centre with satellite meetings and dinners held at The Majestic Hotel, Harrogate. Each day consisted of engaging and visual business sessions throughout the morning and interactive workshops during the afternoon.

Logistics

Services provided by Days by Design included venue and delegate management, transfers, accommodation, private dinners and onsite delivery supported by a delegate management team. DBD worked collaberatively with the energy company's preferred suppliers for Event Production, Create, Print, Video and Transportation throughout the project from initial brief through to onsite delivery. Multiple online delegate registration sites were created pre-event to the manage the registration process.
